I held the position of part-time CGO at EthiFinance for 16 months, where I deployed Salesforce CRM + Pardot CDP with personalization and automation, unifying Marketing, Product and Sales operations across France, Germany, and Spain. The system included internal collaboration tools and enabled real-time KPI tracking for C-suite reporting, vertical-specific playbooks (ESG, credit rating, Financial Services) and a full enablement program on Data, Compliance & Automation (2-day workshops, 1-1 acceleration program, knowledge hub).
