As a Project Manager, I supervised all key phases:
  • Phase 1 -  In-Depth Diagnosis – Identifying Pain PointsBefore implementation, a thorough audit of existing processes was conducted to identify optimization opportunities and align the ecosystem with specific business needs.

  • Phase 2 - Data Migration and Integration I oversaw the integration of Salesforce CRM and the data migration process to ensure quick and centralized access to all customer information.
