NuuBB aimed to scale its business development efforts and strengthen its commercial presence in France and Spain. The objective was to launch automated B2B acquisition campaigns with a clear structure spanning targeting, system design, sales process automation, and team enablement.
To succeed, NuuBB entrusted me with building an operational acquisition engine, aligned to both strategic goals and commercial execution.
Phase 1 - Targeting, Prospect Mining & Funnel Design
We kicked off with a strategic deep dive to define the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Buyer Personas. From there, I led the segmentation and mining of ultra-qualified leads, building the foundation for automated and scalable campaigns.
Phase 2 - Building and Activating the Lead Engine
We designed and deployed a full acquisition system using LinkedIn-based outreach and message automation. This included creating the campaign flows, content sequences, and workflows to capture, track, and analyze lead performance in real time.
Phase 3 - Performance Analysis & Strategic Guidance
To support continuous growth, I implemented visual dashboards for tracking KPIs and campaign results, combined with strategic reviews and operational coaching to ensure teams gained autonomy and actionable insights.
